COURT ORDER GRANTED<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Process of obtaining ORDER DECLARING YOU OVER INDEBTED BY THE COURT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. You have applied to be placed under Debt Review with a DC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The DC has looked at your finances and made the finding that you are over indebted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. You are flagged being over indebted by the NCR. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The DC approaches the Court to get an order Declaring you over indebted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. After the court looks at the application the Court can either Grant or Dismiss the application before the court.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. In the event that the Court confirms the findings of the DC an order will be granted declaring you over indebted. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    MY CIRCUMSTANCES HAS CHANGED AND I AM NO LONGER OVER INDEBTED <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Due to the fact that an Court order is granted declaring you over indebted and DC cannot just remove the Flag<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. A Court application has to be brought declaring the consumer to be no longer over-indebted \/ not over-indebted<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      1. You have applied to be placed under Debt Review with a DC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. The DC has looked at your finances and made the finding that you are over indebted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. You are flagged being over indebted be the NCR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. The Court has not yet granted the order declaring you over indebted. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. What to do now?<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        MY CIRCUMSTANCES HAS CHANGED AND I AM NO LONGER OVER INDEBTED<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        1. Due to the Fact that the DC has declared you over indebted and you are flagged as such.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. The process does not change to remove the flag from your name. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. A court has to be approached to make an order declaring you no longer over indebted \/ not over indebted. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
