
COURT ORDER GRANTED
Process of obtaining ORDER DECLARING YOU OVER INDEBTED BY THE COURT
- You have applied to be placed under Debt Review with a DC.
- The DC has looked at your finances and made the finding that you are over indebted.
- You are flagged being over indebted by the NCR.
- The DC approaches the Court to get an order Declaring you over indebted.
- After the court looks at the application the Court can either Grant or Dismiss the application before the court.
- In the event that the Court confirms the findings of the DC an order will be granted declaring you over indebted.
MY CIRCUMSTANCES HAS CHANGED AND I AM NO LONGER OVER INDEBTED
- Due to the fact that an Court order is granted declaring you over indebted and DC cannot just remove the Flag
- A Court application has to be brought declaring the consumer to be no longer over-indebted / not over-indebted

- The DC has looked at your finances and made the finding that you are over indebted.
- You are flagged being over indebted be the NCR.
- The Court has not yet granted the order declaring you over indebted.

MY CIRCUMSTANCES HAS CHANGED AND I AM NO LONGER OVER INDEBTED
- Due to the Fact that the DC has declared you over indebted and you are flagged as such.
- The process does not change to remove the flag from your name.
- A court has to be approached to make an order declaring you no longer over indebted / not over indebted.
