Process for collecting outstanding School Fees:

Upon receiving instructions from the school, our attorneys initiate the following steps:

1. In the absence of arrangements or payments, our attorneys proceed by issuing a formal letter of demand.
2. A file is promptly opened, and an SMS notification is dispatched to the debtor.
3. The debtor is afforded a 90-day window from the date of the letter to make suitable arrangements or payments before further legal action ensues.
4. If necessary, a summons is issued and served on the debtor by the sheriff.
5. Uppon Judgment being granted by the court, the following actions may be taken:
   • 5.1. Warrant of Execution: Assets may be attached to settle the debt.
   • 5.2. Section 65 Notice: The debtor may be required to appear in court.
6. The debtor retains the option to make arrangements at any juncture in the process.
